2017 Indoor Season has Come to an End

These past few months have been major improvement time for me. My scores went up, form got better and I managed to break 2 Ontario provincial records; 5 ring barebow and 10 ring recurve.

Last month I went to Cincinnati, Ohio and had a blast! The first day wasn't my best, but not my worst. I made 7th place then moved myself up to 4th by the second day. Although I loved shooting, I also loved walking around the booths, seeing what I can buy. I got some cool Hoyt and Archery Squad apparel.

I'm happy to say I wasn't the only Canadian down in Cincinnati, a bunch of friends that I often shoot with came down as well! I was also introduced to some of my fellow pro staff from Archery Squad. Overall it was a great indoor season!

At this time I would like to thank my sponsors The Archer's Nook, Renaissance Festival, and Paul Traveres from PT Squared for their continuous support. Because of them, I am able to compete and receive the best training 😊 Thank You!!!

New Year, New Shirts!!

I want to thank Bryan from Pilla Sport Canada for the continued support.  This is my second year representing Pilla Sport Canada and I couldn't be prouder to represent a brand I truly love and believe in 100%

Bryan designed our new team shirts and I can't wait till outdoor Nationals to have our team photos done :)  So for now, here is what our new shirts look like. LOVE THEM!!

Thank You Paul for my Personal Training Sessions!!

Strength is big part of archery.  And, in order for my bow weight to move up so I can reach further distances, I have to work hard to build it up.

Paul is my personal trainer, best one I could ever ask for. It's not just a workout with him, we make jokes, talk, and he makes working out fun and enjoyable. He plans out each of my workouts to suit my needs, and pushes me to better each session. Without him, I wouldn't be able to achieve the balance, endurance and strength I need to compete as a high performance athlete.

Paul has been so generous, I really couldn't of asked for anyone better to train me, he's like family to me now.

Thank you for all you've done, you're the best!
