I've been working hard and focusing more on my technique.

Shawn is having me shoot 200 arrows each practice except on Saturdays where I only shoot 100 arrows.  We turned my limbs in one rotation to up my draw weight.

I'm working on moving my shoulder back and keeping my elbow up when I release. I actually like working on this. It's hard work, but easy to get the hang of.
