Last week, I started strength training with my personal trainer. We had kept my training sessions easy, because of my shooting schedule. I also had a session with my sports psychologist to catch up on the months activities, and to do some goal setting. Our next session will be more working on boosting my confidence and trusting my shots.
This month, I'll be shooting double 720's for Canada Ranking and competing at OFSAA representing CCH :)
